The luxury project will include 5 Star Banyan Tree Hotel, Office Building, 175 fully furnished luxury apartments, a commercial zone, and a piazza. Hassan Allam Construction’s scope covers all civil, architectural, and MEP activities. Total project built-up area exceeds 90,000 M2
