Hassan Allam Construction is currently building Hacienda Bay, a luxury leisure resort covering 2.2 million square meters on Egypt’s North Coast.
The project includes construction of 400 luxury units including villas, townhouses and chalets as well as an 18-hole Golf Course including all supporting infrastructure.
Also as part of Hacienda Bay, Hassan Allam Construction is building a six-star Nikki Beach boutique hotel, glamour villas, and a signature Nikki Beach Club and Spa.
