Project Facts:
• Building serves as the main conference centre, think tank and food court zone for the Smart Village Complex.
• Venue for large and national events, hosted by the Smart Village.
• Total built up area 10,000 M2 of high quality finishes.
• Man-made Lagoon surrounding building covering an area over 20,000 m2.
• This Fast Track Project was completed in less than 8 months on a turnkey basis.
